UPS Ground - Usually ships within one business day - rate is $10.00 per order

Clothing items by Doggie Design are shipped via USPS priority mail or Fed Ex Ground (we decide which is more economical).

Returns:

We CAN NOT accept any returns on clothing that has been tried on a dog due to health codes.  BE SURE you order the correct size.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS must be reported to us within 14 days from shipment.  Defective product must be returned and a replacement will be sent at no cost. 

Please contact us by email prior to returning an item.  You will then be instructed as to how to return the item.
